Melanie Becktel is a lawyer and Nationally Accredited Mediator.

She has been practising law since 2014 and is admitted to the NSW Supreme Court and the Australian High Court.

Melanie has supported thousands of clients navigate complex legal systems and helps people avoid costly and stressful court processes.

Melanie is a firm, pragmatic negotiator. Her facilitative method is grounded in reality testing risks and benefits.

It is Melanie’s belief that both parties will likely be better off the earlier along the process they settle.

All adjustments will be made for parties to feel safe, supported and confident through the process.
